Extraa Crafty – Refund & Return Policy

Custom-Made with Care

At Extraa Crafty, every item is handcrafted and custom-made just for you — from shirts and tumblers to personalized party décor. Because each product is made to order, all sales are final once your order has been submitted and production has started.

We take pride in ensuring your order is made with care and quality. Please double-check all personalization details (names, colors, sizes, designs, etc.) before completing checkout.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items unless there is a mistake on our end.

A replacement or store credit will only be issued if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective, or

• The design received is significantly different from the one approved or shown at the time of purchase.

If this happens, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• Photos clearly showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide one of the following options:

• A replacement item at no cost, or

• A store credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees)

Exchanges

Because each product is personalized, we cannot offer exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or design changes after approval. Please verify your details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, Extraa Crafty is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

We will provide a tracking number with each order and recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if a package is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit.

We’re happy to assist in guiding you through the claim process if needed.

Order Approvals

Some custom orders may include a digital proof for your review. Your approval confirms that all spellings, colors, and design details are correct. Once approved, the order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
